Project Arctic Circle

The municipality of Arvidsjaur has been cooperating with the municipality of Arjeplog for many years in tourism- and related matters.

The work has national economical support through the Conty administration board in. During the last few years EU has contributed to the financing. Head of the present project, which ends on December 31, is ALBAB, Arjeplog Lappland Besöksservice AB, where several Arjeplog companies are part owners. 

The direction is mainly marketing on remote markets and competence development. There is a cooperation with Swedish Lapland and Visit Sweden on a regional and national level.
